I have a really terrible cactus wound! (lucky me, right?)?

I’m moving houses right now, and I was carrying my cactus plant in, and I tripped on the steps on the front porch, my hand landing on my cactus.

My hand is covered in those little damn thorns. I can’t even find them all, but when I grab something with my hand it feels like a thousand needles stabbing my hand.

How do I get them all out?? Is their anything I can put on it that will help the pain???
