I need the juice of a cactus for this recipe. I’m not sure if I need a specific cactus. I’ve had cactus juice before and it tasted sort of like potatoes, so if that’s a certain kind that tastes like that I’d like to use it.

   all jokes aside, you can buy it in a supermarket over here. if you cant find it. try a shop that specialises in arab or mediterranian food/herbs. theyll mostlikely have it.
